- • 1 tsp syrup or honey
- • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- • 1 cup dairy-free milk or milk of choice (such as cashew, coconut, or almond milk)
- • 1 shot espresso, or 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee

Directions
- 1 Blend mushroom powder, honey and cinnamon together
- 2 Steam your choice of milk/milk alternative until hot and add to the blender. Add the espresso or coffee to the bender as well. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until frothy and well-blended.
- 3 Taste and adjust the flavor as needed.
