United Kingdom & International Shipping Information

POLICY AND INFORMATION

- 1-2 Days handling - We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).

- 3PL Partner - All orders are shipped from ShipBob in (our 3PL partner), Manchester, via Tracked and Insured Royal Mail delivery service.

- Weekdays Shipping – Orders are shipped from Monday – Friday.

- Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries are dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher-than-normal order volume we hold the right to extend the 1-2 business day processing time.

We're proud that over 86% of orders arrive on time. However sometimes delays do happen, and in these cases, we ask you to please allow for an extra 2-3 days to receive your Parcel. Please use your Tracking number to Track your parcel or contact our help desk for assistance.

SECTION 2 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


- British Pound - Antioxi processes orders including the price of shipping in the British pound. 

- Shipping time - will be displayed during checkout, next to the shipping option that is available. Please note that the transit time is displayed in business days (Monday to Friday) and are estimates only.

- Duties - You may encounter a customs or duty fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of Antioxi and this fee will be dependent on your country.

If during checkout you do not find your country on the list of shipping destinations, please contact us.

Please be advised that Antioxi is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.

Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
