Acai Berry Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding

The overnight Chia Bowl has become loved all around the world, not only because it tastes incredible but also because it's absolutely simple to prepare. 

This Chia bowl has some extra added goodness: Powerful antioxidants, Fibre, and a delicious berry flavor from the Acai berry.  


Acai Chia Pudding Recipe 



-1/4 cup chia seeds
-3/4 cup almond milk or your milk/milk alternative of choice 
-2 tsp AntiOxi Acai Powder
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tbsp maple syrup



    -Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
    -Place in the fridge and let sit for 2-4 hours until you have a thick texture. If the mixture is too thick, add some more liquid. If it is too thin, add a few more chia seeds.
    -Spoon into the bottoms of a cup or jar.

    Top with your favorite Berries and enjoy :)
