Lion's Mane Mushroom Latte | Brain & Energy Boost
Transform your daily cappa' to a focus enhancing supercharged coffee
- • 1 tsp Lion's Mane mushroom powder
- • 1 tsp syrup or honey
- • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- • 1 cup dairy-free milk or milk of choice (such as cashew, coconut, or almond milk)
- • 1 shot espresso, or 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 Add Lion's Mane mushroom powder, syrup/honey, cacao powder (optional) & cinnamon to a small blender.
- 2 Steam or heat dairy-free milk until hot and add to the blender along with the espresso or coffee. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until frothy and well-blended.
- 3 Taste and adjust flavor as needed.
