The Quick & Delicious Acai Energy Snack
Your perfect mid-day Snack
- • 250g pitted dates
- • 100g raw cashew nuts
- • 3 tsp. acai powder + extra for dusting
- • 70g oats
- • 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- • 2 tbsp. water
- 1 Place all of ingredients into your blender & pulse for a few times until the ingredients are well combined.
- 2 Wet your hands, grab a bit of the mixture and begin rolling the balls using your hands.
- 3 Once you have completed rolling your balls, take them and roll them in your acai powder for dusting.
