Acai Berry Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding

The perfect way to start your day: Powerful antioxidants, Fibre, delicious flavours and a whole lot of goodness prepared in a simple few steps or even the night before :)

 

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup chia seeds
-3/4 cup almond milk or your milk/milk alternative of choice 
-2 tsp AntiOxi Acai Powder
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tbsp maple syrup

 

    Directions:

    -Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
    -Place in the fridge and let sit for 2-4 hours until you have a thick texture. If the mixture is too thick, add some more liquid. If it is too thin, add a few more chia seeds.
    -Spoon into the bottoms of a cup or jar.

    Top with your favorite Berries and enjoy :)
