Matcha Green Tea Powder Pancakes

Heard of pancake Sunday? Well we believe that it should be pancake day everyday! Especially with an extra dash of Energy & Antioxidants 

 

Matcha Pancake Recipe 

 

Ingredients:

-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1 tbsp Matcha 
-2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp salt
-1 cup cashew milk
-1 tbsp cashew milk
-1 egg
-2 tbsp olive oil
-2 tbsp vanilla extract
-Your favorite toppings

     

    Directions:

      -Whisk flour, Matcha, baking powder & salt together in a bowl.
        -Make a well in the center of the mixture & add 1 cup & 1 tbsp cashew milk, egg, olive oil & vanilla extract into the well.
          -Whisk until well combined.
            -Grease a small pan

              -Transfer 2 to 3 spoonfuls batter to the pan and cook until golden brown.
