The Quick & Delicious Acai Energy Snack

This purple Miracle Berry is always full of surprises, especially when it comes to the versatility of its use! Today we have for you the perfect Acai recipe for a delicious, quick and health boosting snack.

 

Acai Energy Balls Recipe 

 

Ingredients:

-250g pitted dates
-100g raw cashew nuts
-3 tsp. acai powder + extra for dusting
-70g oats
-3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
-2 tbsp. water

    Directions:

    -Place all of ingredients into your blender & pulse for a few times until the ingredients are well combined.
    -Wet your hands, grab a bit of the mixture and begin rolling the balls using your hands.
    -Once you have completed rolling your balls, take them and roll them in your acai powder for dusting. 

    Enjoy with your favorite warm drink. We love to match them with a delicious creamy Matcha Latte.
